COST  $179 per person includes refreshment breaks, lunch and handout materials. Advance registration is required for proper preparation of food and materials and is due before 5pm 12/26/15. Payment (or credit card information) must accompany your registration.

Walk-in Policy: Advance registration required for proper preparation of food and materials. Walk-in admission $197, space permitting only. Walk-in admittance is not guaranteed.

Reminder: PTIN record keeping requires one application per student. Names MUST match PTIN records. (example: Robert E Lee is not Bob Lee)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to a $30 handling fee and must be received in writing no later than 72 hours prior to course date.

No-Show Policy: No refunds. Handout materials will be mailed upon written request.
